We offer Pilates Classes in Stourbridge, Halesowen, Dudley, Swindon and surrounding areas. Justinepilates is run by Justine Rogers who is a Body Control Certified Matwork Teacher and is a Registered Exercise Professionals (REP’S) level 3 advanced instructor.
Body Control Pilates is internationally renowned as the largest professional Pilates organisation in Europe and prides itself on safe and effective teaching of the highest quality. Pilates is medically approved to work for anyone regardless of fitness. Suitable for Men & Women and all ages.
I offer excellent weekly classes and one to ones that are suitable from beginners including those referred from the medical professions up to experienced people. I also offer Pilates for Golfers and also ante natal and post natal.
Pilates is a precise gentle exercise which develops strength, flexibility, stamina and well- being. It balances strength with flexibility and alignment which releases stress and tension and improves core stability, posture and muscle tone whilst helping to create stamina before moving onto more challenging exercises which can produce a more dynamic workout. Pilates achieves this by using a sequence of exercises which focus on the 8 principles of Pilates -Concentration, Relaxation, Alignment, Breathing, Centring, Co-Ordination, Flowing movement and Stamina.
